About Me

Strategic leader, educator, and organizational development professional with more than 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning, prevention, and leadership initiatives across higher education, nonprofit, government, military, healthcare, and community settings. Recognized for translating complex challenges into practical, evidence-informed strategies that strengthen organizations, develop leaders, and create cultures where people can thrive.

Demonstrated success leading systems-level change through program strategy, organizational assessment, leadership development, curriculum design, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision making. Guided by a commitment to helping create a world where people are loved, accepted, and safe enough to become the fullest version of themselves.

I currently serve as the inaugural Core Values Program Director at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), where I lead institution-wide initiatives that strengthen leadership, organizational culture, and values-based practice across the university. Working in partnership with faculty, staff, students, and executive leadership, I help translate institutional values into meaningful action through leadership development, educational programming, organizational assessment, and systems that foster accountability and belonging.

Prior to joining UMB, I served as the Lead Sexual Assault Response Coordinator and Alternate SHARP (Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention) Program Manager at the United States Military Academy at West Point. There, I led strategic initiatives focused on sexual violence prevention, organizational assessment, policy implementation, and leadership development while designing evidence-informed programs that strengthened bystander intervention, healthy relationships, and organizational culture. Earlier in my career, as Education and Training Manager at Planned Parenthood of Delaware, I developed statewide sexuality education and professional development initiatives, partnering with educators, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to advance healthy relationships, consent, trauma-informed practice, and inclusive education.

Across every role, my work has been guided by the same purpose: helping create a world where people are loved, accepted, and safe enough to become the fullest version of themselves. I believe meaningful change happens when individuals and organizations intentionally create environments where every person is treated with dignity, encouraged to contribute their unique strengths, and supported in reaching their full potential.

Whether I'm designing leadership programs, facilitating difficult conversations, developing educational resources, or consulting with organizations on culture and systems change, my goal remains the same: to help build communities rooted in compassion, accountability, curiosity, and belonging. I believe that when people feel seen, valued, and supported, they are not only more likely to flourish themselves—they are also better able to help others do the same.
